Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field (Required).
- Minimum of two (2) years in addiction treatment or mental health services (Required).
- Exceptional ability to build rapid client rapport and command group dynamics.
- Masterful verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- High proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Nice To Haves
- Proven background working with individuals affected by substance use disorders (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Formulate, execute, and adapt comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Complete timely, thorough biopsychosocial evaluations to map client needs.
- Lead engaging therapeutic counseling groups and evidence-based interventions.
- Provide orientation, educational resources, and continuous stabilization support.
- Deliver rapid crisis intervention to ensure immediate client safety.
- Manage strategic transition, discharge, and post-treatment aftercare planning.
- Maintain precise, meticulous documentation following industry and company standards.
