About The Position

Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country. We’re looking for a talented Clinical Strategy & Operations Associate who will become a key member of our growing Clinical Operations team. This role will be critical in not only supporting and enhancing day-to-day operations but also will be directly involved in key strategic initiatives with the highest impact and visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring superior quantitative problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and the ability to roll up their sleeves while working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Track record of independently managing a range of work streams or projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier technology company, investment bank, or management consulting firm
  • Excellent quantitative thinking and analysis skills to break down and solve complex problems
  • Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics (e.g., advanced Excel modeling, SQL)
  • Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and ownership are in line with Imagen’s mission and vision
  • Relevant healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Own reporting on unit economics and physician productivity
  • Identify opportunities and take ownership of cost optimization efforts, including scheduling, licensing and enrollment strategies, and physician productivity interventions
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Strategic Finance teams to generate data-driven insights through hypothesis formulation and testing
  • Leverage existing data sources and market research to identify root causes and uncover new opportunities
  • Partner closely with the Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations to support and accelerate the execution of strategic initiatives and enhance internal tools and processes
  • Support supply and demand forecasting initiatives
