Clinical Staff Pharmacist – Behavioral Health Coverage
About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for a short-term coverage assignment at a behavioral health facility in Johnstown, CO. This role involves supporting pharmacy operations, including medication verification, dispensing, and Pyxis management, in collaboration with pharmacy leadership. The assignment runs from April 29 to May 5, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. On-call duties are required after hours and on weekends, starting April 28. Training will be provided for 1-2 days during the week of April 20. The role requires an active Colorado Pharmacist License and experience in acute inpatient behavioral health. Experience with HCS order entry and Pyxis ES is preferred, though training is available for Pyxis.
