Clinical Staff Pharmacist Full Time: hybrid Summary: The Clinical Staff Pharmacist supports patient care by providing clinical expertise in symptom management, medication therapy, and cost-effective pharmaceutical practices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services, this role partners closely with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for patients, particularly those with serious or end-of-life illnesses. The pharmacist also acts as a liaison with external pharmacies and helps drive safe, efficient medication use across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required
Active Massachusetts pharmacist license (or eligibility)
Minimum 2 years in clinical pharmacy (acute, advanced, or terminal illness care) OR completion of PGY1/PGY2 residency/fellowship
Familiarity with EMR systems, pharmacy platforms, and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Pharm.D. preferred
Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred
AppEnabler a plus
Strong communication skills
Understanding of hospice practices preferred
