About The Position

We are looking for a sharp Clinical Programs & Operations Manager who can create scalable specialty care infrastructure from the ground up, not simply maintain existing processes. The position sits at the intersection of clinical operations, care delivery, finance, technology, and growth strategy, ensuring Atria can expand specialty programs and new markets while maintaining a high-touch member experience and operational excellence. This is a high-ownership role. You will build from scratch, not maintain. Year 1 priorities include standardizing and operationalizing workflows across specialty programs, building scalable care delivery infrastructure to support growth across new specialties and markets, and developing operational and financial frameworks that ensure specialty programs are scalable, measurable, and financially sustainable. The role also owns specialty-level financial performance, managing program budgets and P&Ls, modeling utilization and capacity, and ensuring new offerings are operationally sound and financially sustainable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or enterprise project leadership
  • Experience at a startup, growth-stage company, or high-growth healthcare practice
  • Proven track record in managing high-impact initiatives and optimizing clinical/operational workflows across multiple teams
  • Strong proficiency with data analytics, KPI dashboarding, and performance monitoring systems
  • Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (certification preferred)
  • Deep understanding of EHRs (Athena preferred), digital health tools, and healthcare business operations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be okay onsite 5 days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field preferred
  • Six Sigma or Lean methodologies certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and standardize clinical workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks across specialties
  • Develop referral workflows, intake pathways, and escalation processes
  • Build and maintain order sets, templates, labs, imaging, and device workflows
  • Design clinical intake templates and specialty-specific documentation standards
  • Manage lab logistics including add-on testing, redraw coordination, missing results, and kit workflows
  • Track referral funnel performance, scheduling conversion, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with clinical leadership to design consent forms and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously optimize specialty care delivery models
  • Define staffing model with capacity thresholds
  • Ensure cross state licensure coverage strategy
  • Partner with Product to streamline OS workflows
