About The Position

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be the frontline clinical partner for physicians, nurses, and hospital staff across the New England territory. You will provide procedural support, product education, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service while driving procedural excellence and accelerating clinical adoption at every account. You will also build strong relationships with the physicians, becoming their go-to resource for clinical guidance and support. Beyond the clinical role, you will proactively identify opportunities to expand utilization and grow the business. Working in close partnership with Territory Managers, you will share account intelligence and contribute directly to the commercial goals of the territory. In the near term, you will focus on supporting NeuWave microwave ablation procedures. As Precision IO expands its portfolio, you will progressively take on the Epione robotic ablation platform across your territory.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Medical related field or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, medical device, or procedural support environment.
  • You have a background in Interventional Radiology, Oncology, Imaging, Operating Room, Cath Lab, or a related procedural specialty (strongly preferred).
  • You have a proven ability to provide procedural support and technical troubleshooting in complex clinical settings.
  • You bring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • You are comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across clinical and commercial teams.
  • You are willing and able to travel 50–60%, including overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on procedural and technical support for NeuWave ablation cases, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient product utilization across all phases of the procedure.
  • Partner with physicians and hospital staff to build procedural confidence and drive sustainable utilization growth within existing and new accounts.
  • Contribute to the future adoption of Epione robotic technology through workflow integration, physician education, procedural support, and account development.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and hospital administrators to strengthen satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Lead product in-services, procedural training, labs, and customer education initiatives to support technology adoption and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Capital leadership, and Strategic Account teams to align on account objectives and drive business growth.
  • Stay current on Precision IO technologies, procedural applications, competitive landscape, and interventional oncology market trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and procedural troubleshooting, escalating complex issues appropriately and ensuring compliance with company and hospital policies.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and adherence to all applicable regulations and company policies.
