Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Loma Linda, CA)
About The Position
As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies, you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and operating room staff on the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. You will use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for the Enabling Technologies system, assisting surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. Additionally, you will provide prompt and accurate complaint reports according to Stryker Enabling Technologies' quality system requirements, offer case coverage at accounts, and support the development and execution of the sales plan. Your role will involve growing the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons, actively selling the clinical benefits of the products, and building strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff. You will also collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication about product performance and obtain purchase orders for consumed products, while maintaining and tracking case coverage purchase orders for services rendered.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree OR 6+ years clinical experience
- Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical product support to hospital staff.

- Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system.
- Assist surgeon in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
- Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system.
- Provide case coverage at accounts.
- Support the development and execution of the sales plan.
- Grow the utilization of the navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
- Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products.
- Build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
- Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures.
- Maintain and track case coverage purchase orders for services provided.
