About The Position

As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies, you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and operating room staff on the use of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with the company's Enabling Technologies system, and assist surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. You will also provide prompt and accurate complaint reports according to the Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system, and offer case coverage at accounts. Your role will involve supporting the development and execution of the sales plan, growing the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons, and actively selling the clinical benefits of the products. You will build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts, collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication about product performance, and obtain purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures, while maintaining and tracking case coverage purchase orders for services rendered.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree OR 6+ years clinical experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
