About The Position

HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to tackle systemic barriers and promote health equity. They offer a range of services including mental health care, substance use treatment, and primary health services, along with transitional support for individuals re-entering the community. Their approach integrates physical and behavioral health to help individuals overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. CalAIM is an initiative by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to enhance the health outcomes of Medi-Cal recipients through various reforms.
