The Department of Mental Health (DMH)’s Brockton Multi Service Center (BMSC) is seeking an experienced clinician (LICSW) to lead one of its state-operated Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. The identified candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team inclusive of LPHAs, nurses, peer specialists, mental health workers, and other identified specialists in providing comprehensive, wrap-around services to individuals living in the community experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorder(s). The ACCS Team Leader will support staff with providing trauma-informed, person-centered assessments and treatment planning activities, ensuring that interventions utilize evidence based and/or best practices. The ACCS Team Leader will also ensure the timely completion of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and other paperwork; will implement the EPRS; will oversee utilization review to ensure face-to-face encounters occur in accordance with contractual requirements, and that all communications/contacts are reflected in documentation and billing reports. Additional duties include but are not limited to: support and provide onboarding & orientation to staff; assess emergency situations and develop plan(s) of action; ensure documentation meets agency and licensing standards; review and analyze outcome measures as well as other data related to the contract; maintain electronic databases; perform personnel functions inclusive of providing support/contacts to persons served and holding cases as needed; participate in performance improvement initiatives and performs related work as required. This position is 40 hours per week, working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
