This role provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services that engage members in total healthcare solutions. The technician will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, utilizing the Open Door Policy. They will operate hardware, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. The position involves providing Pharmacy products and services to members by assisting with prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, and completing required documentation. Responsibilities also include receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing and maintaining the Pharmacy area, and administering clinical service programs like immunizations and point-of-care testing in compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. The technician will assist in inventory management, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and participate in training and development programs.
