This Clinical Services Manager role is designed for clinicians who are looking to move beyond traditional, productivity-driven models and into a position that emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and meaningful impact over time. You’ll be working directly with teams in our adult day programs, supporting complex behavioral needs, strengthening staff confidence, and helping ensure services are consistent, effective, and person-centered. This is a site-based, hands-on role. You’ll be in programs regularly, working alongside teams, not operating in a purely remote or administrative capacity. This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs. You will be working directly with teams and individuals in a hands-on environment. The role involves supporting programs that require structure, consistency, and strong staff guidance.
