About The Position

The Clinical Services Consultant serves as a clinical and technical leader, driving the implementation and adoption of healthcare technology solutions across care environments. In partnership with cross-functional teams and customers, this role promotes clinical excellence, informs system design, executes strategic education initiatives, delivers comprehensive end-user support, and elevates the customer experience. The consultant also leads ongoing hardware and software training efforts, triages service tickets, and collaborates with the Service Department to manage change requests. Success requires deep clinical workflow insight, strong instructional capabilities, technical expertise, best in class customer service, and a track record of delivering high-impact, user-centered learning experiences. The annual salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate on relevant education, related experience, and other factors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills

  • Must meet and maintain all customer onsite requirements, including background checks, drug and alcohol screenings, required vaccinations, and health screenings
  • Maintain a clear drug and alcohol screening protocol.

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree
  • Experience in education, training, or instructional delivery
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or consulting role
  • Relevant clinical licensure or Lean certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for internal teams and a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on clinical workflow design, best practices, and effective system utilization within project scope
  • Conduct and document needs assessments for both customer-facing and internal use
  • Develop and deliver tailored education plans with Clinical Champions and nursing education teams
  • Support go-live planning, hardware and software training, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption and solution utilization
  • Partner with Project Managers to track milestones, communicate risks, and manage change requests
  • Support the translation of clinical requirements into system configurations with Technical Services/Technicians
  • Lead and support the implementation of multiple technology solutions across diverse sites and regions
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of clinical processes, workflows, and tools for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel as needed to support site assessments, training delivery, and go-live activities
