In partnership with cross-functional teams and customers, this role promotes clinical excellence, informs system design, executes strategic education initiatives, delivers comprehensive end-user support, and elevates the customer experience. The consultant also leads ongoing hardware and software training efforts, triages service tickets, and collaborates with the Service Department to manage change requests.
