About The Position

The Clinical Senior Physiotherapist role at Yorke and Northern Regions offers the unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a rural and remote setting, where your skills will make a significant impact on the community. As a Clinical Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring continuous improvement in clinical practice. You will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing complex clinical services while mentoring and supervising less experienced physiotherapists. Your leadership will also extend to clinical education, supporting professional students and contributing to the Physiotherapists Network to drive research and practice improvements. In this role, you'll collaborate with other Clinical Seniors and Allied Health Professionals to provide comprehensive care, support local team members, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and state. Your expertise and guidance will be invaluable in shaping the future of physiotherapy services in Yorke and Northern Regions.

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, including mentoring and supervising physiotherapists.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
  • Experience in research, evaluation, and the application of evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
