About The Position

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) clinically sells and promotes utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the Morgantown, West Virginia territory. The representative partners with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy, trains and mentors surgical teams, supports adoption across surgical specialties, and expands system use and sales of instruments and accessories. Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Morgantown area. The role may require travel up to 25% and work at night or on weekends as needed.

Requirements

At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 or more years in healthcare sales.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
Proven record of success.

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Morgantown, West Virginia area.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that drives robotic system utilization.
Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, operating-room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
Support regional Sales and Marketing events that build system awareness and procedure adoption.
Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised.
Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
Mentor new team members to become high-performance members of the clinical sales team.
Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense report submissions.
