Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered
- Maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service
- Supervision of nursing staff
- Provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort
- Assist with cost containment
- Manage all employees to do the same
