About The Position

Clinical RN Manager, Personal Care - We are offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment). Full-time, Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Located in Zelienople, PA. Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. The Manager, Clinical RN, maintains overall responsibility for coordinating the total management of the designated PC or Nursing households. This management includes, but is not limited to, health care services, supervising, QAPI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care department and a home environment.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and possessing a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience required, two years within the long term care, PC setting preferred.
Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree related to healthcare administration preferred.
