Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
RN I - New grad, or no acute care experience within 2 years.
RN II - Acute care experience within the last 2 years, training and experience in the area assigned.
Current Colorado Registered Nurse License (or compact state RN license).
BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process in collecting data and performing nursing care interventions on an ongoing basis
Document all required information in a timely, thorough and accurate manner
Coordinate orders and meet multiple patient requests within an acceptable time frame
Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare practices in a manner compliant with Joint Commission and HIPAA requirements
