Lakewood FHC’s Emergency Department offers 24-hour emergency care with board-certified, emergency medicine physicians who are available around-the-clock to provide comprehensive care to adults and children. As an RN, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. A caregiver in this position works varying shifts between 7:00am and 7:00am.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) within one year of hire
External applicants: two years of recent related nursing experience
Will consider military RN experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Internal applicants with less than two years’ experience, but post orientation/90-day probationary period, could be considered with the Chief Nursing Officer level review and approval
