The Clinical Risk & Safety Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration and on-going management of clinical risk and patient safety programs designed to support a culture of safety and organizational risk reduction. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, quality, legal, compliance, Human Resources, and medical leadership teams to identify, investigate, trend, and mitigate patient safety events, clinical risks, complaints, and adverse incidents. Responsibilities include event reporting, incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), safety rounding, regulatory readiness, complaint management, education, and continuous improvement initiatives to support safe, high-quality patient care. The Clinical Risk & Safety Manager gathers, analyzes, and reports patient safety and risk data to identify trends, support corrective actions, reduce harm, and strengthen organizational safety performance.
