Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology REQUIRED
  • Associate's Degree REQUIRED
  • 3 Years Radiographer experience REQUIRED
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire REQUIRED
  • GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire REQUIRED
  • Ability to type, spell, write and print legibly with knowledge of personal computers required.
  • Medical Terminology (Intermediate)

Nice To Haves

  • Progressive leadership HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Epic Cadence experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and distributes daily work activity for clinical review team.
  • Supervises team goals for productivity, service level and quality to ensure direct reports are meeting and or exceeding expectations.
  • Supervises performance improvement activities and corrective action for direct reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring clinical review processes are efficient and consumer inquiries answered in a timely manner.
  • Provides leadership and coordination for improving the organization’s focus in delivering a consistent and quality consumer experience.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for clinical review team.
  • Responsible for generating and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Makes adjustments to processes to ensure their team goals are achieved.
  • Establish team performance goals to develop staff performing at lower than acceptable job performance.
  • Responsible for adhering to System and departmental policies and procedures.
