Clinical Resource RN, Heart & Vascular (Full-Time, Days)
About The Position
At NorthBay Health, the Clinical Resource RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care. Care is provided according to the specific physiologic, developmental and psychosocial needs of the patient. The Clinical Resource RN is an integral member of the health care team who works to ensure safety, continuity and comprehensiveness of care collaboratively with providers, administrative support staff, and the care team to improve the quality of life of our patients and their families. The nursing process will be utilized when providing patient care, to include, administering infusion protocols, monitoring patients during and after treatments, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluation; managing symptoms related to treatments. Responsibilities
