About The Position

The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. The nurse serves as a positive professional role model and exhibits clinical leadership and decision-making skills. The role also provides resources for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development, and special projects. The RN staffs OR cases 50% of the time, with dedicated office time, and is responsible for call shifts. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of applicable experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
