About The Position

As a Clinical Research Scientist, you will serve as a primary technical resource for assay-related troubleshooting, data review, feasibility assessments, and testing questions. This includes reviewing results, investigating unexpected findings, optimizing workflows, developing and maintaining SOPs, supporting instrument verification and assay validation activities, and providing technical guidance to laboratory personnel. You will collaborate with R&D, laboratory operations, quality, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that studies are scientifically sound and operationally practical.
