About The Position

Ki Health Partners is seeking a full-time/onsite Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist to identify, recruit, and engage potential participants for clinical research studies. This role involves outbound calling, prescreening candidates, scheduling appointments, and maintaining ongoing communication to support successful study enrollment.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, healthcare, patient scheduling, recruiting, sales, call centers, or clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to recruit potential study participants.
Prescreen candidates for eligibility and schedule research visits.
Maintain follow-up communication to encourage enrollment and reduce no-shows.
Collaborate with research coordinators and investigators to meet recruitment goals.
Document participant interactions accurately and manage recruitment databases.
Provide excellent customer service while answering questions about clinical trials.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IRB, GCP guidelines, and study protocols.
