About The Position

DelRicht Research is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states. Clinical Research Medical Assistant's Main Objective Overall, the Clinical Research Medical Assistant is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols Patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities are executed with strong focus and follow-through Patients are guided through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track

Requirements

1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment.
Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences.
Ensure client satisfaction is a primary focus and that the client is able to achieve and exceed their goals.
Believe in high quality and have a high standard of compliance to our study protocols.
Remarkably organized.
Skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive.
Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience in fast-paced clinical environments (Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or similar).
Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics.
Ensure patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic.
Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols.
Execute patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities with strong focus and follow-through.
Guide patients through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits.
Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
Provide excellent customer service to Sponsors and Clients when they are onsite at our clinic and assure clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite.
Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies.
Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates.
Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track.
