The Clinical Research Manager II (CRM II) provides advanced managerial and strategic leadership for large, complex clinical research and education portfolios across multiple domains. This role partners closely with Principal Investigators, research teams, executive leadership, physicians, and industry collaborators to shape portfolio strategy, optimize resources, and advance organizational priorities. The CRM II leads enterprise-wide initiatives, drives cross-functional collaboration and integration, mentors research staff and other Clinical Research Managers, and may oversee shared services or multiple enterprise-level functions. This role balances day-to-day operational oversight with long-term planning, financial stewardship, innovation, and external relationship management.
