About The Position

Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating activities and performing duties and procedures related to the start-up, conduct, and close-out phases of clinical pharmaceutical protocols. The goal is to obtain clean, objective, and accurate data within sponsor timelines while adhering to applicable federal regulations, medical ethics, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Council of Harmonization (ICH), Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements, and specific sponsor protocol requirements. The position involves frequent interaction with patients, sponsor representatives, physicians, and nursing staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Work in a doctor’s office or other medical office.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must understand medical terminology.
• Ability to read, understand, and assimilate protocol-specified requirements and/or to ask appropriate questions as needed to gain knowledge and understanding.

Nice To Haves

• Medical knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
