Requirements
- 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
- Phlebotomy proficiency required
- Experience in metabolic, endocrinology, or general medicine studies preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to independently manage multiple clinical trials
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred
- CCRC certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and site SOPs
- Schedule and manage study visits, ensuring an exceptional participant experience
- Perform phlebotomy and collect study-related samples
- Maintain accurate and compliant study documentation and source records
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, investigators, and site staff
- Support patient recruitment, retention, and study follow-up activities
- Monitor safety events and ensure data quality and integrity throughout each study
