About The Position
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Temp to Perm Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials and collaborate with research teams. This role involves welcoming and supporting patients throughout clinical trial visits, collecting clinical data, performing phlebotomy, processing laboratory specimens, and assisting with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support. The position requires coordination with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- 6+ months medical office experience
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits
- Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews
- Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support
- Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
