The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to coordinate research for a large, multi-site project that aims to improve care delivery to medically underserved populations with Type 1 Diabetes. This grant-funded project allows for the expansion of Type 1 Diabetes research projects focused on evaluation of health outcomes for patients at health centers across Florida. This individual will work in a team setting monitoring and, under the supervision of the Principal Investigators, will be involved in coordinating project planning, serving as a liaison for research subjects and participating health centers for the investigator, IRB, sponsor and other healthcare professionals. This individual will also work on marketing elements, development of informed consent forms, and maintenance of reporting. The position also includes conducting literature reviews, designing and preparing complex charts, data tables, and presentations. This individual will communicate with faculty and staff as well as other internal and external constituencies.
