About The Position

Join a highly motivated, international team as a Clinical Research Associate or Senior Clinical Research Associate. This role is hybrid in Munich/Planegg or home-based in Germany. You will conduct and report onsite and remote monitoring visits, review case report forms (CRFs), perform source document verification, resolve queries, and manage site communications. You may also contribute to site identification and, depending on experience, help train less experienced CRAs. The position offers ownership of assigned studies, including responsibility for site strategy, performance, and delivery. You will work across multiple sponsors and therapeutic areas, with a focus on fewer protocols, deeper study involvement, strong site relationships across Germany and, where applicable, Switzerland, and complex, scientifically engaging trials. The role emphasizes autonomy, quality, collaboration, and opportunities to develop broader project leadership skills. The company is a privately owned, mid-sized CRO founded in 1995, with more than 3,000 employees.
