About The Position

The Senior Clinical Research Associate works in a sponsor-dedicated model at ICON Strategic Solutions, contributing to clinical trial operations and collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across clinical programs. The role focuses on coordinating study start-up and monitoring activities, maintaining accurate documentation and status reports, and supporting patient safety through compliance with company procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements. The position requires approximately 60% travel.

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good social skills to address queries in a timely manner.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60%.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for study setup and monitoring, working independently and proactively.
• Complete accurate study status reports and maintain study documentation.
• Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and take responsibility for study cost efficiency.
• Participate in preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals as required.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators, and site staff.
• Ensure patient safety by complying with ICON procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
