About The Position
Our LPN – Clinical Reimbursement coordinators make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring safety and needs are being met in all aspects of care. As a LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, you will manage the resident’s MDS/RAI care plan from admission to discharge.
Requirements
- LPN in good standing with the board of nursing.
- Experience in working with MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care planning processes.
- Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MatrixCare.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on the MDS item sets.
- Assists in completion of Benedictine Patient Driver Payment Model (PDPM) worksheets to evaluate for completion of Interim Payment Assessments under PDPM.
