About The Position

Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehab, an affiliate of Integritus Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (RN/LPN) to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) in accordance with state and federal regulations. The coordinator will review Medicare charts to determine coverage, communicate care aspects to staff for documentation, and conduct team meetings for care planning. They will also provide necessary information to Medicare, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers, complete PRI's when requested, and manage documentation for gastrostomy feedings and bed use. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

Prior MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing home or Long-Term care preferred

Responsibilities

Ensures accurate MDS completion in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Review Medicare charts to determine coverage, communication on aspects of care to staff for documentation.
Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning.
Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers.
Do PRI's when requested.
Provide PEN Therapy usage forms monthly and certifications as required for gastrostomy feedings.
Monitor necessary documentation for bed use.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
