Requirements
- Current state professional licensure essential (i.e. RN, LPN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, SLP, etc) preferred.
- Current driver’s license in state of employment and acceptable driving record required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
- Current South Carolina Licensure for your scope of practice of your licensure (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist) is required
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in a healthcare clinical or tech role preferred
- 1= year as a liaison or proven healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, referral processes, and competitive market dynamics
Responsibilities
- Drive census growth by achieving and exceeding referral goals.
- Build lasting referral relationships through in-person outreach within your territory.
- Serve as a trusted guide through the referral-to-admission process.
- Represent our brand at community events, hospitals, and outreach initiatives.
- Analyze market data to uncover new referral opportunities and territories.
- Identify and overcome admission barriers to support patient access.
- Deliver impactful in-services and presentations to referral sources and community partners.
