Our clinical nutrition team is highly respected and works closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and foodservice professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Join a team of 7 Registered Dietitians with a mix of full-time and part-time clinicians. Work in a collaborative environment where caseloads are distributed evenly to promote balance and ensure a variety of patient acuity levels. Manage your own patient caseload while receiving support from experienced colleagues and leadership. Utilize industry-leading technology, including Epic and CBORD. You'll provide nutrition care for hospitalized acute care inpatients, helping patients navigate a variety of medical conditions and nutrition-related challenges throughout their recovery journey. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through individualized nutrition care and education. Beyond direct patient care, you'll serve as a trusted nutrition expert within the healthcare team, partnering with physicians, nurses, therapists, and food service professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care. Your expertise will influence not only nutritional outcomes but also patient satisfaction, quality initiatives, and the overall healing experience. Through collaboration, mentorship, and advocacy for nutrition-focused care, you'll help create a culture where food supports recovery and wellness.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential (CDR required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
  • Current BLS Certification
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition

Responsibilities

  • Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning
  • Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
  • Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services
  • Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members
  • Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.
