About The Position

P1 Dental Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in the dental or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental or healthcare sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of dental and healthcare roles, certifications, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the dental and healthcare fields.
  • Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good cultural fit for P1 Dental Partners.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Promote P1 Dental Partners as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in dental and healthcare recruitment.
