The Clinical Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and hiring a diverse pool of qualified and capable clinical support staff for the organization through a variety of sources. This role will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees. The Clinical Recruiter will actively participate in the on-boarding process to fully support managers and supervisors across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 1-3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or veterinary industry is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite�
  • Must be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen and evaluate talent to build both active and passive candidate pipelines for open roles
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to draft and update job descriptions, determine staffing needs and hiring criteria
  • Manage job postings of vacancies on job boards
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent openings across multiple hospitals and locations; prioritize based on business need and time-to-fill targets.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to engage and attract top talent
  • Prepare offer letters, administer background checks and follow up on all other pertinent onboarding information.
  • Ensure hired candidates are provided with a well-rounded onboarding experience.
  • Regularly follow up with new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Build rapport with operations hiring managers ensuring regular candidate follow up and collaborative communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and hiring managers; attend job fairs and hiring events on behalf of the organization.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs (in person or online).
  • Staying current on organizational structure, personnel policies and wage ranges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
