Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruiting.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders.
Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for nursing and therapy roles across the organization, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centered hiring experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by aligning recruitment strategies with workforce planning, operational needs, and long-term business goals, and occasionally supporting employee relations needs in partnership with leaders and HR.
Collaborate with the Sourcing Pipeline Manager to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building strong and sustainable clinical talent pipelines.
Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, candidate behaviors, and market conditions to inform and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Represent Vivie at career fairs, talent events, and community outreach initiatives, strengthening our presence and reputation as an employer of choice.
