About The Position

The Manager, Clinical Quality & Regulatory serves as the clinical quality lead for an assigned portfolio of regions on behalf of the Chief Medical Office. The role manages critical incidents; monitors and analyzes clinical quality, safety, and risk data; and identifies trends that inform quality improvement efforts across the organization. The role escalates significant risks, trends, and opportunities to the Chief Medical Office to support organizational visibility, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide problem solving. The position may also participate in other projects and initiatives in support of LifeStance’s mission.
