About The Position

The Analyst, Performance Data Operations serves as the core data analyst behind Aledade’s Quality performance improvement initiatives, managing data workflows and analysis in support of the Quality team. Operating independently within established processes, this role informs the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance quality outcomes for all Aledade patients by bridging raw data, operational workflows, and organizational strategy. The position requires a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused analytical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and operational execution. Core functions include collaborating on cross-functional projects to embed quality measures into standard operations, leading user experience working groups to enhance analytics, and managing cross-function coordination across field, quality, and data teams. Responsibilities extend to building high-impact quality analytics, writing complex queries, and supporting the design of patient outcome metrics. Furthermore, this role is responsible for facilitating cross-functional working sessions and presenting clear, compelling narratives to both executives and field teams to drive performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
  • Solid technical proficiency necessary to design, maintain, update, and deploy standard, high-impact visualizations working in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex data sets into compelling visualizations by leveraging understanding of relational database architecture, and wireframing expertise, coupled with strong design aesthetic.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PPT and XLS
  • 4+ years of progressive, project management experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or closely related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building, maintaining, and documenting complex, scalable datasets for Quality analytics – including driving day-to-day decision making through excel analyses and trackers built using complex and potentially flawed datasets.
  • With direction and support from the VP of Quality and the quality team, project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and the overall data ecosystem from problem definition through planning, monitoring, and sustainment.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for the end-user, troubleshooting digital friction, documenting recurring pain points and strengthening the feedback loop. Establish systems approach for proactively eliciting user satisfaction feedback and improving prioritization with data teams.
  • Designing and maintaining systems to monitor interventions associated with improved quality of care to continually inform allocation of scarce resources for the greatest return on investment.
  • Build strong, cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and timelines for Quality performance improvement initiatives.
