About The Position

This role provides leadership and guidance to Medical Assistants, supporting daily clinical workflow and ensuring proper patient intake and room preparation. It involves training new Medical Assistants, managing clinical supplies, and serving as a point of contact for MA questions. The position also focuses on clinical quality assurance by monitoring provider documentation, tracking incomplete notes, and coordinating corrections. Additionally, it supports providers in preparing charts, verifying patient information, and tracking follow-ups. The role includes coordinating clinical programs, supporting preventive care initiatives, and conducting patient outreach. Community outreach and public relations involve assisting with referral source engagement, building community partnerships, and supporting events. Marketing support includes social media coordination, collecting testimonials, and assisting with campaigns. Finally, the position contributes to process improvement by identifying workflow opportunities, assisting with protocol development, and participating in implementing new processes.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent clinical experience)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflow and patient intake procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
  • Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
  • Professional attitude and commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities
