Requirements

  • LPN, or RN from an accredited or state approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Indiana.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a long-term care setting with progression of job responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of State of Indiana and federal regulations for senior living.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR software, and/or related software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Able to demonstrate sound judgement with confidentiality of information.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing, coordinating, and driving quality assurance activities within the Healthcare Center, with a primary focus on audits, documentation accuracy, compliance monitoring, and follow‑through.
  • Ensuring regulatory readiness, identifying trends and risks, and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective actions that improve clinical outcomes and operational consistency.
  • Assisting Unit Managers with any duties in their absence.
