Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license.
  • 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
  • Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
  • Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance.
  • Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments.
  • Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients.
  • Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software.
  • Highly organized.
  • Professional, positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years preferred of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
  • 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
  • Assist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor.
  • Evaluate clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BI’s) and parents/caregivers to get additional feedback and input regarding treatment prognosis.
  • Regularly provide collaboration on cases that are not progressing in alignment with their treatment plan (e.g., facing significant barriers to progress).
  • Participate on cases that need advanced clinical consultation by working alongside the treatment team to modify treatment plans.
  • Communicate with parents regarding any clinical concerns related to the client program.
  • Provide parent training workshops and services that provide opportunities for higher levels of parent participation.
  • Attend IEP meetings (as approved by funding sources or as needed).
  • Monitor and provide input regarding outcome data, with support of the Director of Client Outcomes, in their region including but not limited to: Standardized assessment trends, Level of service recommendation trends, Length of time in treatment trends, Transition status trends.
