About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring psychologists to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. The role is part of a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence. Care is provided in person at clinics and through telehealth in a hybrid model. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules of at least 20 hours per week, with clinicians setting their own schedules. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation is productivity-based, with uncapped earning potential. The organization provides administrative support for scheduling and billing, modern offices, and digital technology.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin.
• PhD or PsyD.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
