Clinical Psychologist
About The Position
LifeStance is hiring licensed Clinical Psychologists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This W-2 employed position offers full-time and part-time options, with compensation based on productivity and an advertised range of $125,000–$160,000. The role includes a sign-on bonus, a cash-based incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. Psychological testing is available but not required. Positions are available in offices in Kirkland and surrounding areas, with in-office and hybrid options offering in-person and remote flexibility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and flexible scheduling is available to accommodate work-life balance and personal schedules.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in psychological testing; testing is available but not required.
