About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed Psychologists in Rhode Island who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. Psychologists are part of the clinical team and provide care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The role includes psychological testing, including conducting testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, writing reports, and providing feedback sessions. Psychological testing is available. The position offers flexible schedules and telemedicine, hybrid, and in-person work options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $88,080–$142,080 and uncapped earning potential. The role is supported by administrative staff, digital technology, and modern offices.

Requirements

Be fully licensed and credentialed in Rhode Island.
Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
Have experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Have experience with testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.
