About The Position
Adena Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join its collaborative behavioral health team in Chillicothe, Ohio. The role focuses on direct patient care, including psychotherapy and psychological testing and assessment. The psychologist typically sees 30–45 therapy patients per week in a supportive outpatient setting that prioritizes thoughtful care over volume. The psychologist works alongside a behavioral health team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatry residents. The position is based at the outpatient clinic in the Adena Counseling Center and uses Epic EMR. Provider schedules are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or four 10-hour days, with the weekday off negotiable. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. This is a full-time employed position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group. The position offers a base salary starting at $120,000, a $30,000 sign-on bonus (up to $50,000 based on experience), $15,000 relocation assistance, a $2,000 annual CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Adena is a certified eligible employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.
